Shipping Policy - the basics 

Once we receive your order and payment, we aim to process and pack your items within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. After your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, location, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, festive seasons). We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders safely. Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.


All hijabs are carefully packed in neat and secure packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We also use eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Nuré Hijab is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers, or unclaimed parcels. However, we will do our best to assist you if problems arise during the delivery process. We currently only ship within Malaysia. For international requests, please contact us directly and we’ll see how we can help!
