Refund Policy - the basics
At Nuré Hijab, we value our customers and strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. As a reseller of Zoe Arissa products, we take great care in checking and packaging every order before it is shipped out. However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. Therefore, we accept returns or refunds only if the item received is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent. To be eligible, customers must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the parcel. The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with any tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, or if the wrong size or colour was selected by the customer. Additionally, items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional campaigns are strictly non-returnable and considered final sale.
If your item qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us via WhatsApp by providing your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 working days to confirm the return process. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to the return address provided, and customers will bear the return shipping cost unless the error was on our part. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued through online bank transfer within 3–5 working days.
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock availability. However, if the requested item is still in stock, we are happy to arrange for an exchange of the same product in a different colour, subject to eligibility.
