If you receive a hijab that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

To request a return, simply message us on Facebook or WhatsApp with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process and offer either a replacement item or a store credit for your next purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 working days for us to process and pack your items with care. After shipping, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

All orders are neatly packed in secure, eco-friendly packaging to make sure your hijabs arrive in perfect condition. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on the way, so you can keep an eye on it anytime!
